About us
We're a small team that does one thing: help people buy DLF property well. That focus is deliberate. When you only work with one developer's projects, you get to know them properly: which towers get the best light, how each township has aged, what resale buyers actually pay, and which launches are worth getting into early.
What we can do for you
- New launches. We track every DLF launch and can get you in early, often with a better choice of floors and facings.
- Ready and resale homes. If you'd rather see the actual home before you pay, we'll show you what's available and what similar homes have sold for.
- Commercial and SCO plots. We'll talk you through rental yields, what you can build, and the trade-offs, without the sales gloss.
- NRI purchases. Video tours, paperwork, payments and handover, all handled while you're abroad.
- The boring but important bits. Site visits, home loan introductions, documentation and possession.
How we work
We'll always tell you the honest picture, including when a project isn't right for you. Our job is to help you make a good decision, not just a quick one. Prices on this site are indicative, so we'll always share the current figures before you commit.
