What we collect

Only what you give us. When you fill in an enquiry, requirement or review form, we receive your name, phone number and, if you add them, your email address, your property preferences and your message. We also note which page you were on, the time, and your IP address, which helps us stop spam.

We don't ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords on this website.

How we use it

To call, message or email you about the enquiry you made.
To send you details you asked for, like price lists, floor plans or a brochure.
To arrange site visits and, if you go ahead, to help with your purchase.
To keep the site secure and stop misuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Your details stay with Ikonic Property Consultants LLP's sales team. When you want to book, visit or buy, we may share what's needed with the developer or its sales office so they can process your request. We may also use trusted service providers, such as email and hosting, who handle data only on our instructions. We'll share information with authorities only if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember things like whether you've already seen the enquiry popup. If analytics tools are switched on, they collect anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to help us improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're helping you, and for a reasonable time after that in case you come back to us, typically up to three years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also withdraw consent you've given us. Just write to info@dlfapartments.co.in and we'll sort it out promptly.
